VXI is seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers who have shown interest in our services, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them make informed decisions. You will handle inbound inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, aiming to convert leads into loyal customers while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

 

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will play a key role in responding to customer needs and driving business growth. By actively listening to customer pain points and offering relevant solutions, you will create a seamless sales experience that builds trust and enhances satisfaction. You’ll collaborate with the sales team to refine your sales techniques and ensure consistency in delivering top-notch service. Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Respond to Inbound Leads: Handle incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries from prospective customers seeking services.
  • Qualify Prospects: Identify customer needs and determine appropriate solutions based on offerings.
  • Present Solutions: Provide clear and concise information about products and services, highlighting features that address customer pain points.
  • Close Sales: Convert leads into customers by effectively communicating the benefits and value of services and completing the sales process.
  • Maintain CRM Data: Accurately document customer interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to offer additional services or upgrades that align with customer needs.
  • Meet or Exceed Targets: Achieve individual sales goals, including daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing any questions or concerns and providing post-sale support as needed.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other sales representatives and departments to share insights and best practices.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with  products, services, promotions, and industry trends to effectively serve customers.

Minimum Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in an inbound sales environment.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand VXI products and services.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales interactions and performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
