Implementation Engineer Consultant

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. On-Site Implementation of ICT Infrastructure

• Install, configure, and maintain ICT systems, including hardware (e.g., servers, routers, switches, and cabling) and software.
• Deploy and integrate ICT solutions such as networks, communication systems, and IT applications at project or client sites.
• Set up and optimize connectivity systems, including LAN, WAN, VoIP, and wireless networks.

2. Testing and Commissioning

• Conduct system testing to ensure installed or configured ICT systems meet technical and functional requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues during installation, ensuring full operational functionality.
• Document and validate test results, creating handover reports upon successful deployment.

3. Technical Support and Troubleshooting

• Provide real-time troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems during and after deployment.
• Collaborate with remote engineering or technical support teams to resolve complex issues.
• Analyze system performance and implement necessary improvements during implementation.

4. Coordinate with other engineers, project managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure project timelines are adhered to. Liaise with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met during deployment.

Requirement:

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering
• Familiar with ICT networks protocols and standards (e.g. W-CDMA, Bluetooth, GPRS/EDGE, WLAN, MANET, 4G LTE) is desirable
• R&D and analysis interest and experience
• Possess excellent written, verbal communications, and presentation skills
• Experience working in ICTdelivery project within the Latine America
