The Image Sales Representative (ISR) is a highly motivated Sales & Marketing professional responsible for
on-premises customer accounts within a defined territory. The ISR owns the commercial performance of
assigned image accounts, including revenue growth, profitability, brand distribution, and execution
standards.
The Image Sales Representative is expected to:
• Be an outgoing individual with a track record of driving sales, building trust and professional
relationships.
• Effectively able to demonstrate product knowledge and tailor solutions to close the sale.
Persuasive in negotiating contracts and diplomatic in communicating with internal and external
customers to build long-term productive relationships.
• Perform sales and marketing tasks with the overall objective of improving sales. Work in
conjunction with other sales and marketing colleagues to increase the market share of products
and manage overall margins.
• Promote Seprod brands within the marketplace to improve brand recognition and brand equity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The key focus of the Image Sales Representative is to effectively provide solutions that drive customer
patronage in a manner that ensures the financial health of the Seprod Group while fostering synergetic
and harmonious relationships.
Other responsibilities include:
• Be reliably available to customers maintain consistent and proactive engagement with assigned customers, including scheduled
visits and responsive communication
• Developing and implementing sales strategies the sales representative will help develop sales strategies for respective customer categories and unit by identifying Image account opportunities
• Target achievement: sales & marketing achieve sales penetration, margin and distribution above minimum target levels.
• Communicate market trends and identify opportunities report ongoing developments and opportunities within the market environment. Also, provide execution feedback.
• Account activation and Education partner with Brand Managers and Business Development managers on activations, trainings and menu listing.

• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Creative and innovative thinking along with well-developed negotiating skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels of staff.
• Ability to work flexible hours as the needs of the Image team dictate. This includes attending
events and activations at Image accounts during out of normal hours, weekends, holidays.
Education & Experience:
• BSc. in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years in FMCG or sales and marketing role.
• Proficient in the Microsoft suite
• Must own a reliable motor vehicle
