IT Tech Coordinator

The incumbent will be responsible for managing and monitoring the computing resources at our Central Office and DCs and will provide support to end-users, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving network or system problems.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinates the work team for efficient results
• Responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining hardware and software
• Ensures optimal system performance and security
• Provides support to end-users, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving network or system issues
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Possesses knowledge of Windows and operating systems, JD Edwards and AS400
• Assists with the planning and purchasing of new IT Equipment and software
• Negotiates with vendors
• Maintains IT documentation and create user manuals as needed
• Coordianates all LAN data maintenance and provides regular system checkups

Education/Experience

• Minimum five (5) years experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail environment
• Minimum three (3) years of university-based studies in Information Technology, Information Systems or related fields
