IT TECHNICIAN

Primary Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot & repair computers, printers and other IT related hardware
• Competent in installing / laying and maintaining fibre optics
• Competent in installing and troubleshooting CCTV cameras and systems
• Verse in cyber security, intrusion prevention; FortiGate
• Provide timely solutions to end-users relating to software, hardware, security and  connectivity issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot network/internet
• Research and ensure perpetual alignment with industry and best-in-class standards and practices.
• Configure and manage access control systems and devices
• Spec and source computers and other IT related hardware and software

Qualification & Competence

• Degree or equivalent in computer science
• Internationally recognized professional designation an added advantage
• 2+ years proven experience in IT solutions, encompassing cyber security, Microsoft Windows server system
• Working knowledge of Chempax ERP an added advantage.
• Ability to competently use Crystal Report Writer
• Adoptable and solutions oriented with strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Flexible to work shifts, including nights & weekends
