IT Specialist (OECS) Not Remote

We are seeking a technically proficient IT Specialist to manage and support our IT infrastructure and business systems. This role encompasses networking, systems administration, software support, and banking platforms, including Temenos suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
• Maintain LAN/WAN connectivity, VLANs, VPNs, and routing across internal and external networks.
• Administer Windows and Linux environments, including user management, permissions, and system updates.
• Provide support for internal applications and business systems, as well as assist with software deployment, upgrades, and troubleshooting.  

• Support and maintain the Temenos suite (e.g., T24/Transact).

• Assist with system configuration, parameter updates, and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot user-level and system-level issues within both local and Temenos environmentsz

Security & Monitoring

• Implement and maintain IT security controls, including endpoint protection and network security.

• Monitor system logs, alerts, and activity for anomalies or potential threats.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in networking, including VLANs, routing, VPNs, firewall rules, and NAT.
• Proven experience in Windows and Linux systems administration.
• Familiarity with core
