IT Senior Analyst, Network Administration

The Network Administrator will be responsible for managing a Microsoft-based network in a medium to large hotel environment.

Role Overview:
The Network Administrator will be responsible for managing a Microsoft-based network in a medium to large hotel environment. The candidate must be certified in Microsoft Entra and Exchange Online and will support daily network operations, including performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Microsoft systems.

Main Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain network architecture, including LAN, WAN, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.  
• Manage Microsoft Active Directory and integrate with Microsoft Entra for identity and access. 
• Administer Exchange Online—handle mailbox setups, permission configurations, and security policies.
• Monitor network performance, perform diagnostics, and implement system upgrades and patches.  
• Resolve network, server, and email issues and provide technical support.  
• Assist with network projects including migrations, upgrades, and disaster recovery planning.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with a Microsoft-based network in a medium to large enterprise setting.  Certifications in Microsoft Entra and Exchange Online.  
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange Online, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network security best practices. 
• Experience with network monitoring tools and scripting (PowerShell is a plus). 
• Note: A bachelor's degree is not required; relevant work experience is acceptable.
• The candidate must be certified in Microsoft Entra and Exchange Online and will support daily network operations, including performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Microsoft systems.

Working Conditions:

• Scheduled after-hours support and on-call responsibilities along with working one weekend per month as needed for hotel operations.
