IT Security Monitoring and Support

We are seeking to hire an IT Security and Monitoring Support. This role requires the effective monitoring of the company's security system daily. The incumbent will work with vendors and providers to resolve all issues.

Required:

• UNIQUE WORK CONDITIONS:

  • Attention to detail and process
  • Supporting camera systems for each locations
  • Work with IT leadership and HR for security events
  • Work with each provider and vendor till the problems are resolved (sometimes throughout the night)

  KEY SKILLS/ BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Well versed in PC maintenance
  • Self-motivated and driven to see problems resolved in minimal time
  • Preferably an Associates in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Attention to detail
  • High Communication Skills

  SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Camera Monitoring and Reporting
  • Initial Response and Communication to IT System Security Alerts
  • Random Site walkthroughs looking for any security or policy issues
