IT SYSTEMS

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with management and staff to understand the needs and goals of the organization.
• Analyze existing IT systems and operations to understand effectiveness and efficiency.
• Evaluate current systems requirements for areas of potential improvement/or development, ensuring propose system changes meet the business needs.
• Coordinate with other IT professionals and software engineers to ensure new systems or upgrades are effectively integrated with existing systems.
• Facilitate Business Intelligence tools and AI technologies.
• Ensure that all systems comply with industry standards and meet all security requirements.
• Manage system testing and supervise system implementation to ensure that all systems are working as expected.
• Provide user support and training for new systems.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and system upgrades.

QUALIFICATION

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field.
• Minimum three years’ experience in the role or similar role.
• Experience in project management and system design.
• Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting.
• Understanding business practices and IT system processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical details effectively.
• Strong project management skills.
