 IT SYSTEMS ENGINEER (Shared Services) TEMS

The successful candidate will be charged with the responsibility for providing assistance in the design, development, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of the company’s IT Business Systems and Infrastructure. The position will also have the responsibility for assisting in managing the IT Help Desk; providing user support for all mission critical business applications and IT infrastructure while ensuring IT SLA’s are achieved.

Desired Candidate profile:

• Bachelors in Information & Communication Technology or equivalent Industry certifications and at least 4 years' experience in a similar position
• CCNA certification / training
• Sound knowledge of systems functioning in a multi-site enterprise environment based on Windows Active Directory
• Extensive experience and knowledge of  integrated LAN/WAN/WLAN, VOIP based Voice communications and IP PBX  systems
• Expertise in the support and administration of Windows servers, workstations and networking in physical and virtual environments with specific emphasis on VMWare.
• Experience in the installation and maintenance of Storage Area Networks
• Expertise in Project Management practices and able to play a leading role in small to medium sized I.T. projects
• Ability to improve Network performance, security and reliability on a continuous basis
• Highly developed analytical, problem solving and time management skills
• Possess strong interpersonal and excellent oral and written communication skills
