IT Manager (On-site)
Responsible for all on-site IT operations, infrastructure stability, and systems performance at property level. This role ensures alignment with corporate cybersecurity frameworks and transformation initiatives.
Ideal profile:
• Current IT Manager or strong Assistant IT Manager within hospitality
• Experience managing property-level infrastructure and vendors
• Caribbean experience preferred
• Service-oriented and operationally hands-on
IT Support Analyst – Shared Services
Remote-based role within the Caribbean region. Acts as the central point for end-user support across the group, including access control, device management, onboarding and daily IT queries.
Ideal profile:
• Strong IT Support or Systems Support background
• Experience with end-user troubleshooting and access management
• Organized, responsive, and service-driven
• Hospitality systems exposure is an advantage
