Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Manage cloud services, data storage, and backup systems.
Ensure high availability and performance of core business systems.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, CCTV systems, access control systems, and security software.
Cybersecurity & Data Protection
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk analysis.
Protect company and client data from cyber threats, breaches, and unauthorized access.
Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
Security Systems Technology Integration
Evaluate and implement new security technologies.
Work closely with operations teams to enhance technology-driven security solutions.
Support and maintain electronic security platforms including surveillance systems, alarm systems, and remote monitoring technologies.
