IT Manager

Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, networks, and systems. Oversee IT support operations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Seeking a results-driven and experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage the organization’s information technology systems, infrastructure, and support services. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient operation of IT systems, maintain cybersecurity standards, and support business objectives through strategic technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, networks, and systems.

• Oversee IT support operations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Monitor system security and ensure data protection and compliance.

• Manage software, hardware, and vendor relationships.

• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades and technology implementations.

• Prepare and manage the IT budget.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in IT management or a senior IT role.

• Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and systems administration.

• Experience managing cloud services and enterprise software solutions.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
