The IT Manager is responsible for the Information Technology Department of ATL Automotive Limited. The Senior Manager, through a team of IT personnel, provides user and computer systems support services for the organization.

The role requires collaboration with internal and external personnel, teams, and departments to help the company achieve and maintain best practices regarding system administration and security best practices. It is up to the IT Manager and their team to provide the foundational implementation, management, and administration of technology.  The role impacts the technological infrastructure of the business, through the delivery of planning, implementation, administration, and maintenance of services. The consequences of exceptional performance are the stability of the technological infrastructure and services delivered. With direct responsibility for the administration of various technologies, the IT Manager will also collaborate directly with the Group IT Department.

Core Functions

  • Deliver objective monthly KPIs.
  • Manage, audit, and identify improvements to be made in Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, and other environments.
  • Follow and contribute to the improvement of standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with fellow IT Department members to deliver and improve services.
  • Meet regular deadlines for projects and monthly activities.
  • Document and assist in the design of network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to identify and solve needs.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate issues to minimize disruption of business.
  • Assist in overseeing the physics security, integrity, and safety of the IT infrastructure by group and company policies/industry best practices.
  • Stay abreast of advances in technology.
  • Participate in response to IT issues and client requests, through and with IT personnel.
  • Work directly with the assigned supervisor or designate.
  • Take responsibility for IT hardware & software procurement & maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • At least five (5) Years of experience managing a team of Information Technology personnel.

  • Meticulous planning and execution of tasks.
  • Foresight of needs and solutions that will support business objectives.
  • Management and administration of Microsoft Solutions such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, 365, SharePoint, and multi-tenant environments.
  • Systematic / framework organizational methodologies.
  • High-level functional understanding of a diverse ecosystem of systems, servers, networks, and infrastructure.
  • Ability to readily converse regarding diverse technological disciplines.
  • Self-sufficiency toward personal development in fields of technology and management as needed for the job.
