Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Agent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT and Managed Service Provider (MSP) sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling cloud solutions, cybersecurity, infrastructure support, and end-to-end managed IT services. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the SMB and mid-market segments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, pitch, and close MSP and IT service deals
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Understand client IT environments and recommend tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams for customized proposals
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in IT/MSP sales with a proven track record
  • Strong understanding of managed services, SaaS, cloud, and cybersecurity
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
