The Technology and Transformation Department (TTD/TDS) is seeking a professional in Information Technology (IT)—technical, service-oriented, and proactive—to provide local IT support at the Country Office (Bank Representation) in Suriname.
You will work as part of the local support team within the Service Delivery area of the Technology and Data Solutions Division (TDS) within the TTD Department. This team is responsible for providing on-site technical support at the IDB Group’s country offices.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other fields relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the IT field, preferably in customer service and support activities. Experience in project management based on the PMI standard and Agile/Lean methodologies is an advantage.

Languages: Proficiency in English and working knowledge of Spanish.
Citizenship: You are either a citizen of the Republic of Suriname or a citizen of one of our 48 países miembros, eligible to obtain a valid residency or legal permit to work in Suriname without the need for sponsorship by the IDB.
Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.
