INVENTORY OFFICER

An experienced and qualified Inventory specialist with knowledge of retail trade to manage multiple skus of high-volume products.

• Manage and track inventory receival, sales, transfers, and deliveries.
• Manage bonded warehouse and customs requirements ensuring accountability and transparency of goods movement.
• Monitor inventory levels, over stock items, and expired products.
• Participate in routine stock counts and resolve variance issues.
• Review open P.O.’s, Sales Orders, negative Inventory, etc. and take corrective actions.
• Review and report on inventory KPIs for the respective areas (Retails, Warehouse, Bond, Production).
• Manage inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments. 
• Monitor inventory balance on a daily basis ensuring critical raw material is adequately stocked.
• Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
• Investigate inventory variances and take corrective actions.
• Report to management expired inventory items.
• Provide weekly management report on inventory movement.
