INPATIENT & URGENT CARE CLINICAL STAFF

Our client Urgent Care Barbados is expanding its Inpatient & Urgent Care Teams and is seeking dedicated healthcare professionals.

Available Roles Include:

• Hospital Floor Nurse (Inpatient & Admitting)
• Urgent Care Nurse
• Nursing Assistant
• Medical Doctor (General Practice / Inpatient Care)
• Emergency Room Doctor (Emergency Medicine)
• Hospitalist / Clinic Doctor
• Orderly / Departmental Aide

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver inpatient, urgent, and emergency medical care
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Respond to medical emergencies and stabilise patients
• Admit, discharge, or transfer patients as clinically indicated
• Collaborate with nursing, diagnostics, and surgical teams
• Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation

Requirements:

• Medical degree and current registration with the relevant Medical Council
• Experience in inpatient, urgent care, or emergency medicine (as applicable)
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and on-call as required
