This pivotal role involves overseeing talent acquisition, managing compensation and benefits, administering leave, ensuring compliance with company policies and practices, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The HR Manager will be a key partner in shaping our organizational culture and driving talent initiatives that support business objectives.
Job Description:
· Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy, focusing on current and future talent needs, robust recruiting, effective retention, and comprehensive succession planning.
· HR Guidance & Support: Provide expert support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and staff on complex, specialized, and sensitive HR questions and issues. This may include administering reasonable accommodation, conducting thorough investigations into allegations of wrongdoing, and managing termination processes with discretion.
· Talent Acquisition Leadership: Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and overseeing the hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles. Partner with departmental managers to define essential skills and competencies for open positions.
· Compensation & Benefits Management: Analyze trends in compensation and benefits, research, and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent effectively.
· Learning & Development: Design, develop, and implement impactful learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal growth opportunities and enhance employee capabilities.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations, ensuring fairness and adherence to company policy. Maintain strict compliance with local employment laws and regulations, proactively recommending and implementing best practices, and regularly reviewing policies to ensure ongoing compliance.
· HR Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law to continuously improve HR functions.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· 3-5 years of progressive experience in a similar HR leadership or management role.
