Job Overview
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations; performing both administrative and strategic functions in the administration of the policies, procedures and programs of the organization.
Major Responsibilities:
Oversee various HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, and generating reports for management.
Spearhead the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs, sourcing candidates, and facilitating smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management.
Maintain Human Resource Information System records & physical files, ensuring data integrity, and accuracy.
Ensure timely submission of payroll information for employees then submits same to the Payroll Team.
