The Human Resources Coordinator will provide critical support in the execution of HR programs, initiatives, and daily operations. This role is responsible for employee engagement, training coordination, HR administration, and supporting internal communication strategies.

Objectives and Purpose of the Job:

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide critical support in the execution of HR programs, initiatives, and daily operations. This role is responsible for employee engagement, training coordination, HR administration, and supporting internal communication strategies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and energetic, with excellent English language skills and a creative edge for employee engagement and HR branding.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

-       Support Human Resource Development initiatives, including training and development programs.

-       Drive people engagement through creative initiatives, activities, and events that foster a positive workplace culture.

-       Assist with the design and delivery of training content, ensuring relevance and people development.

-       Plan, coordinate, and execute employee events, ensuring alignment with HR’s engagement objectives.

-       Support the design, rollout, and administration of employee Reward & Recognition programs, encouraging              performance excellence and employee motivation.

-       Create engaging content and materials for HR communication through productivity and design software tools.

-       Support HR communication campaigns ensuring alignment with Beryllium’s employer brand and maintaining HR presence across internal platforms.

-       Maintain accurate HR records and assist with other HR-related tasks as assigned to support the effectiveness of the team.

-       Serve as a first point of contact for employees on general HR-related queries, ensuring a responsive and supportive HR function.

 

Experience and Qualifications:

-       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Humanities, or a related field.

-       Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR coordination, employee engagement, or related functions.

-       Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva or other design software.

-       Exposure to social media, marketing, or influencer technologies.

-       Experience in designing and delivering training content.

 

Other Personal or General Characteristics:

-       Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

-       Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

-       Creative, people-focused, and proactive.

-       Positive attitude with the ability to engage and motivate employees.

-       Team-oriented, yet able to work independently.

-       Must be confidential
