The HR and Admin is a key strategic partner in driving organisational excellence within the Authority. This role is responsible for the development and implementation of all HR programmes, policies and procedures to build and maintain a high perfroming culture.
Key Outputs : Recruitment, Compensation and benefits, Training and Development, Retention strategies, Performance Mangement, Safety, Health, Wellness and Welfare.
Job Responsibility:
-Manage the recruitment and selection process to meet staff needs within stipulated timelines
- Manage staff satisfaction indices in keeping with agreed targets
- Develop and maintain an active employee appreciation programme
- Direct the develooment of Human Resource policies and procedures that support the goals and objectives of the organisation and needs of staff.
- Mange staff learning and development processes and develop mechanism for measuring training effectiveness
- Manage the change management process for the Authority and oprovide guidance to department leaders .
- Manage the perfromance evaluation processes for all staff on a bi-annual basis.
- Develop and implement career growth, sucession and retention plans
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required
