Human Resource Specialist – Organisational Development
This is a contract of two (2) years.
• Assessing the Organization Development needs of the business.
• Analysing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
• Leading the development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet OD needs and program goals.
• Leading the change management process for the implementation of Organization Development interventions.
• Leading the development and implementation of a Positive Work Culture program for the company.
• Supporting the implementation of the company’s Compensation and Reward Management Philosophy.
• Proactively develop and implement strategies to mitigate and manage Industrial Relation matters which may arise from the implementation of OD interventions.
• Review and enhance the communication System and Feedback forums throughout the business.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelors in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resource, with a minimum of 7 years’ experience working in organizational development and change management.
• Experience in a power plant environment or process plant environment will be an asset.
• Exposure to the administration of Human Resources in a state entity will be an asset.
