Human Resource Manager 

Core responsibilities of this individual will include:

  • Coordinating end-to-end hiring process.
  • Analyse workforce trends and collaborate with department heads for future staffing needs.
  • Identify training requirements and develop programs to enhance employee skills and service standards. 
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new staff to the business.
  • Lead initiatives in organizational development, workforce planning, and employee retention.
  • Carry-out performance review systems and provide support in employee objectives. 
  • Manage employee grievances and conflicts, to provide a consistent resolution.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to local employment laws and regulations. 
  • Oversee payroll processing and compensation structures. 
  • Administer benefits programs and liaise with external vendors.
  • Participate in strategic planning with the management team, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. 
  • Promoting a supportive and open-door policy environment.

Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 4-5 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
  • Ability to forge and maintain relationships at all levels of the business.
