Job Summary:
The HRBP assists in the development and implementation of HR policies aligned with business strategy, overseeing recruitment, performance management, and employee records while ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HRBP provides guidance on HR/IR matters, lead disciplinary processes, oversee absenteeism, and foster workplace relationships. Identifies training needs, promotes employee engagement, handles terminations, offers career counseling, and ensures accurate personnel data. They collaborate with management to ensure fair practices in promotions, transfers, and performance reviews, supporting business goals.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Human Resources, specifically recruitment and industrial relations.
Staff collaboration skills will be an asset.
A master’s degree in human resource management or a related field will be an asset.
