KPMG Caricom is looking for a Human Resource Associate to join our dynamic People & Culture team in Barbados. This is your opportunity to be part of a collaborative team that drives employee engagement and delivers high-quality HR support across the region.

​

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

​

• Provide administrative and clerical support across all areas of Human Resources
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and work permit processing
• Support payroll submissions, benefits administration, and employee records management
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and training logistics
• Maintain HR systems, manage the HR service desk, and prepare employment documentation
• Administer offboarding processes and compile reports across HR functions

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

​

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• ​Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role
  
  

  KEY SKILLS

• Solid understanding of local labour legislation
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a confidential, service-driven environment
