To support the Human Resource Department with all aspects of administrative services in order to facilitate the delivery of Human Resources Generalist services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assists the department in carrying out various human resource programs and procedures for all company employees.
Participates in recruitment and selection efforts excluding managerial levels.
Maintains and updates all employees’ leave records spreadsheet and generate statistical reports and graphs showing trends.
Maintains and updates all employees’ files.
Maintains and updates punctuality and attendance spreadsheet and generate statistical reports and graphs showing trends.
Prepares the monthly headcount reports and HR Metrics.
Conducts new-employee orientation and conducts reference checks
Provides administrative support for all Industrial Relations matters
Maintains all documentation related to payroll services
Provides administrative support for training of all employees and to maintain a training database accordingly
Performs the administrative task associated with the administration of the Employee Health and Pension Plans; maintains proper records of all members of these plans
The administration of all company team building activities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Associate Degree in Business, Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.
At least 3 years experience providing support in the Human Resource Department
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
