 Position: Human Resource Administrator

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will:

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to HR activities. 
  2. Manage and maintain HR documentation, records, and files in accordance with organizational policies.    
  3. Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and processing candidate documentation. 
  4. Support payroll and benefits administration by providing relevant documentation and updates.    
  5.  Act as the point of contact for the ancillary team, facilitating communication and coordination.   
  6. Manage driver/bearer logistics, including scheduling, dispatch, and related arrangements.   
  7. Assist in organizing training sessions, meetings, and company events. 

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

The position requires the following qualifications and experience in the area:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.    
  2. 1 – 3 years’ experience working in a similar capacity.  
  3. Experience with OrangeHRM is considered a plus  
  4. Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within HR or a similar department.    

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

The position requires the following knowledge/skills:

  1. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.    
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.    
  3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).    
  4. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.    
  5. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.    
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
