Are you a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR professional ready to make a significant impact? Ocean Coral Spring & Eden Bay is looking for a dedicated HR Administrator General to join our dynamic team.

This role is essential for maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring administrative efficiency, and supporting 
the overall team member lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration & Documentation:
    • Manage the entire leave request process, maintaining a full and accurate database for vacation, maternity, and leave of absence.
    • Prepare contracts and offer letters for all non-management employees.
    • Maintain and update all personnel information files.
    • Prepare and disseminate job letters and other team member requests (e.g., bank letters) in a timely manner.
    • Carry out the contract evaluation and expiration process, ensuring adherence to established break periods and procedures.
  • Time & Attendance/Payroll Support:
    • Register attendance correctly at the UPC booth at the start and end of the day, wearing the proper uniform.
    • Register new employees in the time clock system.
    • Assist with daily Time & Attendance audits.
    • Verify that administrative assistants across departments submit payroll, adjustments, and inclusions in a timely manner.
  • Team Member Experience & Culture:
    • Coordinate and execute the bi-monthly employee nomination, voting, and winner display process.
    • Assist with the coordination of special events, motivational events, and cultural/sports activities for team members.
    • Assist with the coordination and execution of the Employee Satisfaction Survey.
    • Ensure all hotel notice boards are properly organized and updated weekly or as needed.
  • Compliance & Support:
    • Participate in briefings, weekly departmental meetings, and company training programs.
    • Know, promote, and adhere to the established policy of Responsible Tourism.
    • Stick to and respect the Internal Work Regulation.
    • Ensure compliance with corresponding security measures for all duties.
    • Report to the Assistant HR Manager about any areas that negatively affect the work environment.
    • Assist the Assistant HR Manager with monthly reports and coordinating contract breaks/leave requests as directed.
    • Assist with stationery orders for the department.

Qualifications

  • Education: BSc. Human Resources or an Associate Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 – 2 years of relevant experience.
