Housekeeping Manager – Aiden by Best Western Guyana

Aiden by Best Western Guyana is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping teamam and ensure top-tier cleanliness and presentation across all guest rooms and public spaces. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage inventory and staff schedules, and uphold brand standards for guest comfort and hygiene.

Requirements:
	•	Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel housekeeping supervision or management
	•	Strong leadership and team management skills
	•	Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
	•	Knowledge of cleaning standards, chemical safety, and health regulations
	•	Experience with inventory control and staff training
	•	Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
	•	Familiarity with hotel PMS and housekeeping software is an asset
