Shift:- 8AM-5PM - Monday - Friday, WEEKENDS OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What you will be doing:-
Requirements
• Working knowledge of Operating Systems like Microsoft Windows 10/11 and basic understanding of Internet fundamentals
• Minimum of 3 CXC subjects including Mathematics and English Language.
• Clear and effective communication skills in English while being able to communicate clearly, confidently and politely.
• Proficient in Customer Service
• Experience of at least 2+ years in an Operations Center, or in outsource management in the service industry
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to access and research multiple sources of data.
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work in a team-oriented and fast paced environment.
• Flexible to work any assigned Shift Monday - Friday not including weekends and public holidays.
• No CXC a minimum of 6 months - 1 year Call Center experience is needed in customer service Voic
