Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Helper to support offshore midstream operations. The Helper will assist with general labor, maintenance, and operational tasks, working closely with Roustabouts and experienced crew members to ensure safe and efficient offshore activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general labour duties across offshore facilities and decks

• Support Roustabouts and operations personnel with maintenance and cleaning activities

• Perform housekeeping tasks, including cleaning work areas and equipment

• Assist with material handling, lifting, and moving equipment under supervision

• Operate basic hand tools safely and in accordance with procedures

• Follow all offshore safety rules, permit-to-work systems, and instructions from supervisors

• Participate in safety meetings, drills, and offshore emergency response activities

• Carry out assigned tasks to support continuous operations

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of oilfield experience in a Helper or similar support role

• Valid T-BOSIET certificate

• Valid UKOA / offshore medical certification

• Physically fit and medically cleared for offshore work

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a rotational offshore environment

• Strong safety awareness and willingness to learn
