Heavy Duty Equipment / Auto Parts Inventory Clerk

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Heavy Duty Equipment / Auto Parts Inventory Clerk to manage and maintain inventory levels for heavy-duty machinery parts and automotive components.

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate tracking, storage, and distribution of parts to support operational and maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming auto parts and heavy-duty equipment components
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems or spreadsheets
• Organize and store parts in designated locations for efficient retrieval
• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to management
• Issue parts to technicians and maintenance teams as required
• Conduct routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and safe handling of equipment parts

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of automotive or heavy-duty equipment parts
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to use inventory software or basic computer systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift and handle equipment parts when required
