Head of Trading & Treasury
Tolomeo Bank Ltd is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to oversee our trading operations and lead the day-to-day activities of our trading team. This client-facing position requires deep expertise in financial markets, a confident approach to trade execution, and strong relationship-building skills with clients, external asset managers, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee execution of trades across securities, investment funds, structured products, derivatives, and Foreign Exchange.
• Manage and guide a team of traders and analysts.
• Develop and implement trading strategies.
• Monitor market conditions and manage trading risks.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 5+ years' trading experience in financial services (2-3 years considered for exceptional candidates).
• Post-secondary education in Finance, Commerce, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
• Strong market knowledge and client-facing skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and trading platforms such as Bloomberg.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
