The Opportunity
We’re seeking a visionary Head of Operations to translate ambitious strategy into seamless execution across production, visitor experience, cruise excursions, and distribution. Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll own day‑to‑day operations so leadership can focus on big‑picture growth.

Key Responsibilities (Focused)
- Production Excellence – Oversee blending & bottling schedules, quality, and cost control.
- Multi‑Site Visitor Operations – Elevate guest experience at Wingfield Estate, Pond Road retail hub.
- Distribution & Logistics – Ensure on‑time deliveries and inventory accuracy across local and export channels.
- Facilities Management – Safeguard premium presentation and zero‑incident safety culture.
- Financial Discipline – Manage operational budgets, drive continuous cost optimisation.
- People Leadership – Coach department heads; build a culture of accountability, innovation, and fun.
- Data‑Driven Improvement – Implement KPI dashboards and reporting rhythms that power smart decisions.
- Strategic Partner – Translate the Managing Director’s vision into executable plans and remove barriers to growth.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years senior operations leadership (FMCG, spirits, hospitality or tourism a plus).
- Proven track record scaling multi‑site or high‑growth businesses.
- P&L ownership, lean/continuous‑improvement mindset.
- Inspirational people leader with cross‑cultural savvy.
