HEAD SALES AND MARKETING (ADVERTISING AND COMMERCIALIZATION)
JOB SUMMARY:
This executive-level role is responsible for establishing and leading PTSC’s Commercial Revenue Division, with a focus on driving non-fare revenue through advertising, sponsorships, partnerships, and brand monetization. The successful candidate will transform PTSC’s transport network into a structured revenue-generating platform, while strengthening stakeholder relationships and enhancing customer experience across all touchpoints.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish advertising and commercialization as a structured profit centre.
- Develop and implement strategies to diversify revenue beyond passenger fares.
- Monetize PTSC’s fleet, terminals, digital assets, and commuter audience.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and corporate alliances.
- Position PTSC as a national mobility media platform.
- Lead customer experience strategy and drive customer satisfaction improvements.
- Oversee brand management, marketing, and public relations functions.
- Develop advertising inventory, pricing frameworks, and media sales strategies.
- Negotiate high-value commercial contracts and agreements.
- Represent the Corporation at local and international engagements.
- Executes related projects and assignments as requested by the General Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Management, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Professional certifications in Advertising, Media Sales, Public Relations or Brand Strategy will be an asset.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ senior-level experience in advertising sales, commercial partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or corporate sales leadership.
- Proven track record of revenue generation and commercial growth.
- Experience negotiating large-scale commercial contracts.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience within the public sector or regulated environment will be an asset.
