The Head, People and Strategy
The Head, People and Strategy requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship management skills to drive business outcomes through a people focused framework. The role will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies relating to the management and development of talent, employee experience and culture, internal communications, as well as HR research and innovation for the NCBJ Group. The ideal candidate will develop and execute the human capital strategy for the enterprise through the pursuit of HR strategies which are congruent with business goals.
