Nestled within a tropical botanical oasis setting, in the ‘farm to fork’ spirit, our patrons experience the WE Kitchen + Bar, a contemporary upscale multi-level indoor | outdoor naturally ‘social distanced’ private dining venue with seating for 80 that features an open concept experiential kitchen and bar with a bespoke chef table for 8 right in the kitchen where culinary art is naturally curated. The restaurant features an in-house dry ager for premium all natural grass fed beef that is dry aged for 60+ days before being finished on a kiln-dried oak firewood Argentine Grill, wild caught fish baked in a charcoal oven similar to those we see in a growing number of Michelin Star restaurants, a commercial grade induction hotline from China perfect for authentic Chinese cuisine, and an underground cantina perfect for in-house made charcuterie. Given the farm to fork spirit using seasonal biodynamic organic produce grown around the 4+ acre botanical resort from the experiential kitchen the focus is on a dynamic ever changing Fresh Market Tasting Menus for breakfast, brunch and dinner.

A seasoned and experienced Chinese Cuisine Cook|Chef  Chef de Partie positions also open to those that are capable of creating a broad spectrum of authentic Chinese | Dim Sum at the same level as one would find at A Wong or Kym’s in the City in London, UK.

 

Compensation package to include base salary, housing, service charge, profit sharing. Sweat Equity Investment Ownership Opportunity also Available to those interested that can consistently prove themselves.
