Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Service Excellence:
- Lead by example in providing exceptional, personalized service to VIP guests.
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure all requests are handled promptly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring their stay exceeds expectations.
2. Team Management & Leadership:
- Supervise, train, and mentor the butler team to uphold service excellence.
- Develop work schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate service standards and updates.
3. Operational Oversight:
- Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Front Desk) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage VIP guest arrivals, departures, and special requests, ensuring all preferences are met.
- Handle guest complaints or service issues efficiently, aiming for immediate resolution.
4. Training & Development:
- Implement continuous training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the butler team.
- Provide coaching on luxury service standards, etiquette, and personalized guest care.
5. Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, service logs, and butler assignments.
- Prepare reports on team performance, guest feedback, and service improvements.
- Assist in managing inventory for butler amenities and supplies.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
