2. Coordinate daily task assignments, room preparations, and guest service schedules.
3. Ensure butlers follow Diamond Club protocols, standards, and guest preference profiles.
4. Assist in onboarding, training, and coaching butlers on etiquette and service standards.
5. Work closely with the Head Butler and Diamond Club Manager to manage guest feedback and implement improvements.
6. Handle guest requests, special arrangements, and complaints with professionalism.
7. Monitor inventory of guest amenities and ensure readiness for all arrivals.

Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years in luxury hospitality, with experience in butler or VIP guest services.
Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and guest service skills.
Discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and lead a team in a high-pressure environment.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
