HVAC Engineer

Luxury resort has opportunity for an experienced HVAC Engineer. The successful candidate will oversee the design, and maintenance of the resort's heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

🍍A luxury resort in Turks & Caicos is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Technician to support and maintain its technical infrastructure across the property. This role is ideal for a skilled HVAC professional with strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a high-demand luxury resort environment.

🏆Required attributes:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with extensive knowledge of industrial HVAC systems design, installation, and application
• Proven ability to oversee installation, servicing, and preventative maintenance of HVAC systems
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills
• Solid math, measuring, and mechanical engineering aptitude with high attention to detail
• Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as required in resort operations
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing manual tasks including climbing, balancing, stooping, and crawling
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills with a results-driven mindset

💰Salary and benefits:
• $3,000 per month

• $1,000 service charge per month
