HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER  

The human resources manager is responsible for leading or assisting in all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, benefits management, onboarding, and general administration.

Specific Requirements/Duties of the Position Include:

• Partnering with all levels of leadership to effectively implement and administer company programmes and policies
• Ensuring ongoing legal compliance and making necessary recommendations where applicable
• Familiarity with labour laws and ensuring that all procedures are carried out in accordance with legal requirements
• Serving as the liaison between management and employees during grievance matters
• Conducting new hire orientation and exit interviews
• The ability to lead internal organisational audits, study trends, create insightful reports, and make necessary recommendations
• Ability to effectively influence stakeholders. 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development or a related discipline
• A minimum of three years’ experience in human resource management. Experience managing large teams is a distinct asset
• Extensive knowledge of fixed-term contracts and Labour Relations Code
• Familiarity with HR information systems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent dispute resolution and intervention skills.
