HUMAN RESOURCE Professional

Location:  South Trinidad

Job Summary: The Human Resources Professional is responsible for all normal HR Duties and Functions. Candidate will need to be able to build enforceable policies and educate teams. Professional will provide technical assistance and HR metrics to key internal stakeholders and provide support in assigned areas as required.

Qualifications/Experience

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• 3 – 5 years working in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Human Resource best practices.
• Knowledge of Trinidad and Tobago Labour Laws.
• Experience in collective bargaining.
• Industrial court experience.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• HR experience in a unionized environment will be an asset.
