Rapid Oilfield Services Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to lead and enhance our safety culture across all business operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for developing and maintaining a robust HSE framework that ensures regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and a strong safety-first mindset throughout our group of companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures
• Manage a comprehensive Safety Management System (SMS)
• Lead risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure full regulatory and corporate compliance
• Oversee incident investigations and corrective action implementation
• Coordinate safety training programs and awareness initiatives
• Develop and test emergency response and preparedness plans
• Conduct regular audits and site inspections
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reporting systems
• Promote and embed a proactive safety culture through strong communication and leadership

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment or related field
• NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a managerial HSE role, preferably within the oil and gas industry
• A comprehensive understanding of ISO-45001 is required
