HR Systems Support Officer
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for providing HR administrative and system support in respect of leave management, system management and records management. This position plays a key role in supporting the department’s daily activities and overall administrative and system requirements to ensure that the needs of all Security Officers are met and the department’s and Company’s standards are consistently maintained.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Receive and enter leave requests (sick, vacation, maternity, etc.) on workforce system.
• Process leave requests verifying qualification, in preparation of submission for payroll purposes.
• Maintenance of Leave (Sick and Vacation) Management Tracker.
• Preparation of End of Contract payments on a weekly basis for payroll purposes.
• Maintenance of Employee (Security Officers) Tracker records.
• Preparation of payroll files to submit on a weekly basis for fortnightly payroll payment purposes.
• Maintenance of leave management records, to include filing; both physical and digital.
• Maintenance of Recruiting and Onboarding system by monitoring system usage, performance, and data integrity checks.
• Collecting system issues and liaising with wider internal and external teams/developers to maximize productivity using systems.
• Troubleshooting of system errors and development.
• Verify system records around contract management in order to maintain current employee records.
• Provide support to the wider HR team in system activities; contract management.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports.
• Perform other related duties consistent with the category, nature, function and objective of the job.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, HR, Business Administration; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• 2–4 years’ experience in HR, preferably in HR administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Proficiency in HRIS systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Demonstrated skills in accurate record keeping
