The Human Resource Operations Assistant Manager is responsible for implementing and managing all aspects of the Client’s proprietary systems and processes.
JOB SUMMARY:
This Human Resource (HR) Operations Assistant Manager role is responsible for the implementation and management of all aspects of the Client’s proprietary systems and processes. The role will provide direction and leadership to the JESS Human Resource (People) Operations resources and monitor the development and achievement of HR Operations’ strategic growth initiatives through maximizing operational effectiveness in processes, policies, programs and service level agreements. This role will be responsible for managing multiple teams who will be performing various tasks within the Client’s extended support process areas.
The HR Operations Assistant Manager will have leadership and team building skills to promote cohesiveness, an innovative environment and drive Service Quality. The HR Assistant Manager will be ultimately accountable for managing the team’s performance. The role is a senior role within the HR Operations workgroup and will report on operational performance and issues to the JESS HR Operations Manager/Senior Manager and the various Clients.
