A leader in the QSR business in St. Lucia is seeking a vibrant, dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our leadership team. You will have the opportunity to shape our HR portfolio, drive key initiatives, and make a tangible impact on our organization's success.

The HRM is responsible for aligning staff to business objectives, recruiting the right talent and enhancing recruiting efforts, enhancing staff performance, supporting employee training and development, planning strategic HR initiatives, managing orientation and on-boarding processes, communicating role expectations, updating and reinforcing policies and procedures, and overseeing health and wellness initiatives.

The HRM is expected to assist the organization in adding value to the overall business objectives, provide strategic HR solutions, resolve personnel grievances, attract and retain a talented workforce, and ensure overall compliance with company policies and procedures.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, training, and development. 
  • Showcase your creativity by developing and implementing recruitment and retention initiatives.
  • Be an active and vibrant leader while fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging work environment, overseeing health & safety, employee relations, and satisfaction surveys.
  • Align HR strategy with business objectives, manage the HR budget, and provide insightful reporting.
  • Be part of a dynamic organization that is seeking to expand its business.

The Ideal Candidate Has:

  • At minimum, a first degree in HR Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in an HR Management capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of local labour laws and health & safety standards.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and manage teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
