We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to support key initiatives in HRIS implementation and communications.
This role offers hands-on experience in HR technology projects and corporate communications activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in HRIS implementation (Workday), including attending meetings, coordinating data submissions, and assisting with system testing.
Support communications and external relations by preparing brochures, organizing content, and ensuring branding consistency.
Assist in planning and coordination for events such as Energy Conference, Business Week, Town Hall, and job fairs.
Provide administrative support and ensure timely completion of tasks with weekly status updates.
Required Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Marketing (specialization in Communications preferred).
Experience in communications, marketing, or HRIS implementation is an asset.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Comfortable with software; familiarity with Workday or similar HR tools is an advantage.
Working Conditions:
Onshore-based position with flexible hours; may require occasional after-hours work to meet project deadlines.
