Main duties and responsibilities
- Support and collaborate in developing talent acquisition strategies and employee engagement initiatives to motivate employees and strength the Company’s brand
- Supporting to drive organizational change initiatives and culture building activities to reinforce core values
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team
- Assisting to conduct research on market trends and compensation benchmarks/talent retention
- Support in driving culture-enhancing projects that promote diversity, integrity and collaboration.
- Assist to prepare reports on headcount, turnover and work force planning
- Collaborate with Department Heads to integrate learning management system into employee developmental plans aligned to the business needs
- Identifying patterns and collating data for high performing and low performing employees for HR and the line manager to have the relevant coaching discussions
Experience & Skills
- Currently studying for Bachelor's Degree (recently) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Meticulous with a high level of accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills
