HR Digital Technology Senior Officer (K-JESS)

The KJESS Digital Technology Senior Officer is responsible for working closely with the Client’s content owners to create and update webpages based on operating procedures within the Clients’ HR Digital Technology process area.

KPMG Jamaica has a delivery center named “Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS)” operating from Kingston, which is contracted to provide back-office support to its member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”).  The Clients’ HR function is expanding operations at JESS to support the HR Digital Technology process area.  Team members within the delivery center work with Client’s stakeholders under a team extension model to support Client’s back office operations.

The Clients’ HR Digital Technology process area performs tasks related to creation and updating of webpages and web design projects. Additional requirements include preparing and delivering reporting, analytics, and quality assurance.

HR Digital Technology Senior Officer 

The KJESS Digital Technology Senior Officer is responsible for working closely with the Client’s content owners to create and update webpages based on operating procedures within the Clients’ HR Digital Technology process area. The Senior Officer will execute multiple deliverables, such as updating intranet web pages, building out new pages, the content architecture comprised of lists and libraries, and configuration and administration of collaboration sites. This position applies knowledge, independent judgment, and firm policies to complete moderate to complex web design projects. The HR Digital Technology Senior Officer performs work of a technical or analytical nature, requiring special skills, training, and related experience.

The JESS Senior Officer reports primarily to the JESS HR Quality & Learning Support Team Lead but will also take direction from other HR Client team members who are accountable for supported work.
